We have listed a number of examples below of how our clients HAVE used our services but this in no way limits the ways in which we can assist YOU! We complete these services on your schedule, not ours.



Transportation


•  Took client to airport. Took out trash and did dishes while she was finishing packing. Took all luggage to car and loaded it up.

•  Drove client home to West Chester area after Phillies baseball game so that he could enjoy as many draught beers as he pleased.

•  Picked up client from hospital after out-patient procedure. Purchased prescriptions and supplies. Drove client home and ensured they were settled comfortably.

•  Picked up local resident and drove them and their luggage to various locations including Washington DC and JFK Airport.

•  Can pick you up from wherever you are and transport you to where you need to go. This includes not only you, but your relatives and friends as well.



Courier


•  Mailed numerous packages on behalf of clients via UPS, USPS, and FedEx domestically and internationally. Packed and couriered 21 boxes and a crate of personal items (kitchen, bath, clothing, art, etc) for a client in California.

•  Retrieved important documentation from client's home and used FedEx to courier package to Hong Kong.

•  Picked up dress that had been altered from Neiman Marcus in King of Prussia, PA and delivered to client.

•  Picked up gift from client and delivered to hotel to be placed in their friend's room upon arrival.

•  Can organize domestic and international courier services for documentation and/or packages.

•  Can personally pickup and deliver packages and/or documentation within the Philadelphia region.



Home


•  Watered plants on weekly basis, deadheaded mums, trimmed back overgrowth.

•  Assisted client with weeding out of unwanted clothing from closets. Re-organized remaining items

•  Received furniture delivery on behalf of client. Had it placed in unit according to client instructions.

•  Took clothing to consignment shop.

•  Pickup and drop-off of laundry and dry cleaning

•  Can arrange and/or wait for contractors (carpet cleaners, electricians, painters) and delivery people (furniture, treadmill, appliances).



Secretarial


•  Sorted and filed 1.5 years of paperwork at client's home office. Entered medical claims. Made phone calls on behalf of the client, waited on hold, entered data when prompted.

•  Sorted five grocery bags of receipts into monthly files for tax purposes. Discarded items not able to be used for accounting purposes.

•  Visited client's office in Northeast Philadelphia to notarize numerous documents.

•  Deposited checks and paid bills while client was out of country.

•  Notarizing of documents at a time and location convenient to you.

•  Can assist with bookkeeping including entering data into accounting software.

•  Can assist with any paperwork problems that you have - sort, file, organize, shred, purge.



Shopping


•  Purchased shower curtain, rings, liner, bathmat, towels. Fully assembled shower curtain setup.

•  Went to IKEA with client to purchase and transport bookshelves.

•  Completed weekly grocery shopping and put away all items in client's kitchen.

•  Upgrade from internet grocery shopping - we buy and put away all your groceries without your needing to be home. We do not make substitutions without your approval.

•  Can hunt down unusual and hard-to-find gifts as well as provide wrapping services.

Other

•  Facilitated purchasing, printing, and mailing of 80 baby shower invitations. Ordered cake in the shape of a baby bottle, suggested shower games, pre-party cleaning, ordered catering, butlered event.

•  Took a client's automobile to our mechanic for inspection. Two items were needed to be addressed for the vehicle to pass. We had the client speak directly with the mechanic to okay the work and services were completed and car was fixed and inspected within 24 hours.
