My apartment was not only cleaned but organized, I was charged a reasonable fee, and Eva, the woman who cleaned my apartment, was extremely pleasant. Excellent cleaning services that accommodate your lifestyle! Keystone Concierge provides "holistic" service ... They do not just leave my home immaculate, they do whatever it takes to make my apartment (my closets, kitchen, etc.) organized and pristine, while at the same time accommodating my schedule, and my cleaning whims. (They are extremely flexible and do whatever I need from week to week). They are truly in touch with their costumer's schedules and needs ... They clean quietly when I'm busy working from home (and entertain my nippy dog); they know exactly what areas need attention - and without any instruction. They put me at ease in the undertaking of tasks that I'm either resistant to do myself (or just too busy) - and have provided services that I would be too embarrassed to have anyone else do. e.g. the painful task of deciding which clothing stays and what goes from my overflowing closets. (They even arranged to take my things to goodwill and consignment for me).

Some tasks feel much bigger than they actually are. I've been trying to go through old junk and downsize the clutter in my house with no success. Everyone knows that Philadelphia is famous for their cheesesteaks! And, Pat' is the place to get them. I was hoping to get a cheesesteak from Pat's sent to me in Dallas TX for my husband's birthday. But Pat's doesn't ship and none of my friends were willing to take on the challenge. So, I found a listing for Keystone Concierge on Craig's List and the incredible Lori was able to handle the packaging and shipping of the cheesesteakes the day of my call. Lori was my administrative assistant for five years. Then she started Keystone Concierge - and knowing how capable she was, I hired her to handle the repair of my roof on short notice. She was able to meet me at 10:00p when I arrived in from NYC and was departing for three weeks the following day. Not only did I instructed her about my roofing needs bus also I asked her to purchase and plant shrubs and flowers in my garden since most had died from neglect as I travel frequently.
